We had a lovely one week stay at Central Old Town Rooms. The apartments are in the old area, super close to the main main center, but in a bit more quiet zone. Everything what you need is available at this place. Comfy beds, clean bathroom, equipped kitchenette. Not for big cooking, but we recommend the restaurants in the area. The owners of the apartments are always helpful and can advise you where to go, what to do etc. Split is perfect for one week stay, to be able to go around, visit Trogir, go to Krka waterfalls, one day boat trip to blue cave, but also enjoy the beaches around like Obojena beach, Kasjuni Beach or perfect for sunset Kupalište Bene. Highly recommended

Very welcoming good for solo travellers

great location just a short walk from the sea front and the old town . also near several restaurants. a supermarket was also local. lovely walk in large shower. tv mounted on the wall and a fridge in the room. shared kitchenette area with microwave and plates etc.

shared entrance door into kitchenette - would have been ok if my neighbours didnt leave their keys in the door - i think a note is needed to let people know not to do this or it locks out the other person

Lovely stay

The owner was very lovely and everything about the room had definitely been thought through. We felt extremely welcome when we arrived. Location is perfect, it's very close to a few stores and walking to the city center doesn't take long. I had a special request about croissants prior to our arrival and to my surprise it was actually carried out! I had forgotten about the entire thing because it felt so silly at the time, but I was so happy when she showed us the croissants in the fridge during the room tour part :D Hmm, what else? The room was clean, AC worked just fine and getting help was easy. Thank you for this amazing stay!

Brillant place.

Great place. super location. Very quiet but very close to the centre, restaurants and bars. Nevenka & Anamarija were so lovely, always checking that we were having a good time and if we needed anything. Dropping bags early and leaving bags in safe place till we had to go to airport was no trouble.

Very warm welcome, perfect location to discover Split, perfect room, lots of restaurants for breakfast, lunch, brunch and dinner. Close to the center although a very quiet location. I would highly recommend this place when you visit Split!

Superb

Very friendly and helpful hosts. I had a double room for single use. Perfect for me to spend two days to explore Split. The city and old town are within walking distance. Very quiet area, no rowdy party people in the area. Facilities sufficient, everything very clean, bed very comfortable for me. A nice courtyard to take a break or linger. Definitely recommended!

Perfect place to relax and enjoy Split

Everything you need to enjoy your holidays. Most comfortable bed I have slept on in Europe. Wonderful and helpful hosts. Big open patio to use with plenty of seating and umbrellas for the hot sun or rainy day. If you're lucky the owners dog is a big sweetheart and is very friendly. Shower has great pressure and plenty of hot water. Air conditioning was modern and efficient. Great location in old town away from tourist noise but a 3 minute walk to the waterfront promenade. There are storage bins for your bags to make it easier to enjoy your last day in Split without carrying your luggage around. If this place is available you need to stay here.

I wish I had more time to stay.

Great accommodation (very safe) in centre of split old town, 5 min walk to riva with plenty of bars/restaurants (recommend articok restaurant just down street for lovely meal on the rooftop) nevenka and her daughter were very helpful with any questions/queries, arranged airport transfer with helpful & pleasant driver, lovely room with great big shower and lovely balcony to sit and relax, would highly recommend
